Mr. Bookkeeper provides outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses — including ongoing bookkeeping, accrual-basis accounting, catch-up bookkeeping, online payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Descriptions and plan features on this site are summaries to help you decide whether to talk to us; they are not a binding description of any particular engagement.

No bookkeeping or accounting services are provided through this website. Any actual engagement begins only under a separate written service agreement that both parties sign. That agreement — not these site terms — governs scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality for your financial records, and what happens if either party ends the relationship. If anything on this site appears to conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

We advertise a 30-day money-back promise for new engagements. The exact conditions — what qualifies, what is refundable, and how a refund is requested — are defined in the service agreement for that engagement, and the terms there govern. Nothing on this website by itself creates a refund obligation.

This site is a demonstration portfolio project, so any guarantee, pricing, or availability shown here is illustrative until an operator publishes real terms.

Prices, quotes, savings-calculator results, and availability shown on this site are estimates for planning purposes only and are non-binding. Final pricing depends on the actual scope of your books (transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll complexity, backlog condition, and similar factors) and is confirmed in writing before any engagement starts. Calculator outputs in particular are illustrative arithmetic, not a promise of results.

Accurate books depend on accurate, complete, and timely records from you — bank and card statements, receipts, invoices, payroll data, and answers to our questions. We will do our part diligently and professionally, but we can only be as accurate as the information provided. The service agreement governs each party’s responsibilities and how discrepancies are corrected.

Information you submit through this site — your name, contact details, and anything you write in a form or chat — is used only to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it except with the email provider that delivers our messages. Client financial records shared during an engagement are protected under the confidentiality terms of the service agreement.

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, downloadable templates, and code — is owned by the site operator or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for your own business planning. You may not republish, resell, or use the site’s content to build a competing service without written permission.
