Paying your monthly invoice

Your plan is a fixed monthly fee. When card payment is switched on for your account, the portal's Billing page has a Pay this month's retainer button that opens secure Stripe checkout — card processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, receipt emailed instantly.

Don't see the button? Your account may still be on invoice billing — email info@mrbookkeeper.com or call (800) 413-0745 and we'll take payment or set you up with a card on file.

Questions about a charge are always answered by a human: the fee matches your quote, and catch-up work is never added without a written quote you approved first.
